On Jan. 19, 2012, Triangle issued 3-year medium-term notes with a total value of RMB 500 million. The current medium-term notes were distributed by the means of book building and centralized placement. The value date and payment date fall on Jan. 20, and the notes were traded on Jan. 21.

According to the notice put in public by Triangle on Jan. 12, 2012, the medium-term notes would be distributed by the means of book building and centralized placement. The coupon rate would be based on book building.

These medium-term notes were not guaranteed. Through the comprehensive assessment of China Lianhe Credit Rating Co., Ltd, the issuer’s long-term credit rating was at “AA” level and the rating outlook was stable. The credit rating of the current medium-term notes was “AA”. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China was the lead underwriter for the offering.
