“Kunlun lubricating oil Cup” FSAE was held in Shanghai International Circuit from 15^th to 19^th October, 2012. With the outstanding performance of the HRT12 racing cars, Triangle team won the second place in Motorsport Design, the third place in CAE Design, the fourth in Endurance Race，and also was given the print media communication awards after fierce competition. The total score ranked the six in the 41 teams.

HRT12 racing car, which once showed splendid performance in Japanese competition in September, attracted extensive attention of the news media and other college teams with its unique carbon fiber monocoque, the advanced design concept and technical innovation. In the competition of the Motorsport Design, HRT12 received the recognition from many professional judges for its elegant aerodynamic body, the full set of aerodynamic forces, the innovative carbon fiber monocoque and other technology advantages. It was awarded the second place and the third place in CAE Design.
