From 9th to 12th December, the 7th international invention exhibition was held in Kunshan City, Jiangsu province. Over 4000 inventions from more than 30 countries and regions were showed in this exhibition, which attracted tens of thousands of audiences. It has been the biggest international trading activity in scale for the inventions and patents in recent years.  With the topic of "innovation driven, open cooperation" and highlights of “improve livelihoods, sustainable development”, the exhibition showed new inventions, new technologies and new products. Two subjects of Triangle, “Jumbo radial OTR tire technology development” and “development and manufacturing of green tire”, received gold awards.  

The green tire has become the mainstream of the world tire technology, and the green tire development featured by low rolling resistance, good wears resistance, low discharge and low pollution, has become the main trend. The multinational enterprises have continuously developed new material, new technology and new product characterized by energy saving. Triangle Group will build low carbon economy depending on the scientific and technological innovation, and devote itself to the low-carbon economy so that the product cycle from material development to the transportation and appliance move towards to the low-carbon and green path.

In recent years, Triangle Group has established the testing platforms for the new energy saving glue refining technique, for the tire’s rolling resistance and for the tire’s noise study, and also set up the testing room for the comprehensive performance. The company developed the formula of low rolling resistance and the environmental protection, designed many properties which can meet the new requirement of the EU and American standards. In 2010, this project won the technology advancement award of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association (CPCIA) and the first prize of the technological innovation of Shandong province.
