On April 20th of year 2009, our OTR tire of 24.00R35 had been used in Canadian mines for 5417 hours, good field performance had got customers’ satisfaction, currently, the test is still going on.

OTR tire of 24.00R35 TB526S E-4 ☆☆ had been used on Caterpillar 773B dump truck for transportation work in mining area, based on the latest record, average tread pattern wear proportion is 48.1%, unit wear is 166.5 hours/mm, it is predicted to have a life-span of 9056 hours, which is equal to the tire performance of Michelin and Bridgestone. Customers are content with its self-clean and traction performance, especially with the cut performance of the tread compound in rigorous filed service.

24.00R35 TB526S E-4 ☆☆ is extra-deep mode OTR tires, designed for large dump trucks used in mines, quarry and construction fields. We have independent research from tread pattern design, profile design, construction design to compound design, unique tread pattern design ensures good traction and self-clean performance, special SW design can effectively prevent accidental cuts, we have used good high-strength steel wires, body ply is firm and durable. Tread adopts cut-resist compound and it endows the tire with a longer service hours.
