On Jan. 19, The 2011 Annual Conference of Triangle Group was held in Triangle Hall. Chairman Ding Yuhua, together with Triangle’s senior managers, was present at the meeting. Vice Mayor of Weihai Dong Jinyou attended the meeting and made a speech.

Chairman Ding Yuhua delivered a keynote speech titled Tackle Challenges through Transformation and Innovation. The company’s achievements in 2011 were summarized, and work plan for 2012 was made during the meeting.


The year 2011 was a hard year for automobile and tire industry. World economy was in great depression due to the financial crisis. However, Triangle maintained a moderately rapid development under such economic situation with an annual turnover of RMB 16.8 billion. The value of import and export for 2011 reaches 1.5 billion dollars. In 2011, the China National Tire Engineering Laboratory was located in Triangle, and the company was awarded the 2011 China’s Innovative Enterprise with Most Growth Potential.

Vice Mayor Dong Jinyou fully affirmed Triangle’s achievements in the past year and expressed his gratitude for the contributions that Triangle had made to the city’s economic and social development.
